Workflow
So how does this process work exactly?
1. You create your website design
Using your favourite tools, create your webpage design. We recommend using a program such as Adobe Photoshop® to create your mockups. Once you are happy that you have finalised your design, you are ready to work with us! If you are unsure how best to prepare your files, please read our How To Guide here.
2. You contact us for a quote
To begin the process click on the QUOTE button and fill in your details. If you like, you can upload your files or link to them at this stage to give us a good idea with what we are working with, otherwise, just choose the various build options available or leave them at their defaults. Once your form is submitted, we will get back to you with a quote, within one (1) business day.

3. Accept the quote
On each quote, you will find a buy now button. If you are happy with the quote, simply click the buy now button to be taken to the PayPal® secure site for payment by Mastercard, Visa or your PayPal account. Australian businesses with a valid ABN and other ongoing clients may be approved for 7 day term accounts instead of upfront payments after an initial period. Please contact us for more information.
4. We receive the payment confirmation
Upon receiveing notification of payment, we begin work for you. If the files have not already been submitted during the quote stage, we request these from you now, sign any Non-Disclosure Agreements you may have and fine tune any requirements. Once all the project details are in, we notify you that we have commenced working on your project.
5. We build your page/s
We begin building your page/s, first we will slice up your design and then code it to W3C valid HTML and CSS. We then test and bug fix to make sure that your design works perfectly in all A grade browsers. If required, we can also integrate your design into many Content Management Systems, such as Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress and more. Once we have finished we will contact you immediately.
6. You review our work
Once we have completed your build, you will receive all files to review. Once you are happy with the code, the files can be uploaded to your website's server through your FTP client (we recommend FileZilla which is free!). If you chose our Hosting option, we would complete this process for you.
7. Finished
The process is now finished and you will receive your finished files in the timeframe you selected.
